This bacame my number one running shorts. Of course you can use for traning as well. Beatiful color, great fabric. About the size, I am usually S but I should get a M just to be more confortable. Wonderful product. I am really proud of BP.
The clothing is top notch quality, as a veteran I always support other veteran owned companies. This shorts and the others I ordered for the wife are great, they fit perfect, made from quality, material.
I love the Free Flow shorts. I have these in multiple colors. Definitely a must have for lightweight active wear.
